📍 My tracking number isn’t showing any updates. What should I do?
Tracking updates can sometimes take 24–48 hours to appear, especially right after the package is shipped. If it’s been longer than 3 business days with no update, please email us at chalycdz@gmail.com and we’ll check it for you.
đź•’ How long does shipping usually take?
We ship from the USA, and most orders arrive within 3 business days. However, shipping may take a little longer depending on your location or during busy seasons. You'll receive tracking for every package.
📦 Why did I receive only part of my order?
To get your items to you faster, we may ship them separately. Don’t worry — you’ll receive a tracking number for each package, and the rest of your order is on the way.
