For hygiene reasons, all pierced earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with labels or tags attached.
Returns missing parts or original packaging will not be accepted.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or not as described.
Slight color differences due to screen settings are not considered defects.
